What's Involved?
The majority of a Letting Agents work is office based, centered on the telephone and PC. Daily tasks would involve:
· Dealing with enquires from landlords
· Taking details of tenants and matching them to suitable properties
· Managing the property on a daily basis and arranging any maintenance
work necessary
· Paperwork and record keeping
· Trips out of the office to meet Landlords and show potential Tenants
suitable properties
· Routine inspections of managed properties
No
manual work is involved and you would not need to physically collect tenants
rents as this is automatically collected via standing order.
The work is very rewarding as you will be providing a much needed service to Landlords and will be helping Tenants to find a potential home.
